You have a good level of English (our working language)

Platform Engineering
(Computer Scientist EFZ)

You make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will work with servers, cloud infrastructure, and networks that power our online marketplaces. You’ll help build, operate, and maintain our IT infrastructure, monitor systems and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep our platforms secure and reliable.

You start with a foundational training year to build your skills — and from year 2, you’ll join a team and work on real products.

At SMG, you work on real platforms with many users and take responsibility step by step — always supported by your team.

Application Engineering
(Computer Scientist EFZ)

You build features that make a real difference for users.

You will develop and improve digital products and platforms. Build features and functionalities. Work with modern technologies and tools. Collaborate in a real development team.

You start with a foundational training year to build your skills — and from year 2, you’ll join a team and work on real products.

At SMG, your work goes live — and you see directly how users interact with what you build.

Commercial Apprenticeship
(Kaufmann / Kauffrau EFZ)

You help keep things running and make an impact behind the scenes.

You gain insights into different business areas and support daily operations. Work in departments like HR, Finance or Operations.
Coordinate tasks and support teams. Take on your own responsibilities early on.

From day one, you’ll be part of the team, build valuable business skills, and learn from experienced colleagues.

At SMG, you get a broad view of how a modern digital company works — and grow with every rotation.

Mediamatics
(Mediamatics EFZ)

You create content that people actually engage with.

You combine creativity and technology to bring ideas to life. Produce videos, photos and social media content. Work on different projects across teams. Bring ideas to life visually and digitally.

You start with a foundational training year to build your skills — and from year 2, you’ll join a team and work on real projects.

At SMG, your content is published on real platforms — and seen by real audiences.
