With the acquisition of the Swiss business of the online platform immoverkauf24, SMG Real Estate is specifically strengthening its digital mandate acquisition activities. The acquisition expands SMG Real Estate’s existing portfolio with the important element of acquiring properties for sale, thereby providing additional support to real estate professionals in marketing more properties in less time.
