Gentiana Pllana – Senior Key Account Manager

Gentiana brings a wealth of experience in client management and digital advertising. Having worked at companies like Goldbach Audience and Smart Media Agency, she knows exactly what advertisers need and how to craft tailored marketing strategies.
At SMG Advertising, Gentiana is already working closely with both advertisers and media agencies, ensuring their unique requirements are met with precision. Whether it’s customized campaigns, optimizing existing strategies, or simply brainstorming new ideas, she’s here to collaborate and create impactful advertising solutions.
Tim Lars Buzzi – Product Manager Ad Technology and Data

Tim has over 12 years of experience in the media industry—on both the agency and publisher side. Before joining us, he was a Product Manager at Goldbach neXT AG, where he specialized in Native Advertising and Gaming Ad Products.
His career path has also taken him through roles at Ringier, Admeira, and Theindustry AG (now YOC Switzerland), giving him deep expertise in Ad Operations and digital advertising technologies. His skill set is further enhanced by an Advanced Digital Marketing certification (CAS, ZHAW).
At SMG Advertising, Tim will be driving both the operational and strategic development of our Ad Technology and Data Management efforts.
