Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to be transparent and respectful of your time. While the exact steps may vary depending on the role, you can typically expect:
- An introductory conversation with our Talent Acquisition team
- A role-specific interview with the Hiring Manager
- A technical task or case study (for some positions)
- A final conversation with team members (in our Belgrade location)
To prepare, we recommend reviewing the job description, learning more about SMG and our products, and thinking of real-life examples that demonstrate your skills, impact, and problem-solving approach. If a technical task is part of the process, you will receive clear instructions and enough time to complete it. We’re interested not only in the final result, but also in your thought process.
