The online marketplace Ricardo has recently partnered with Swiss Post to offer an improved shipping solution for sellers. The popular pick@home collection service by Swiss Post is now available free of charge to all Ricardo users – including home pickup and, upon request, free delivery of the shipping label by the postal carrier.
With the free pick@home service by Swiss Post, Ricardo is significantly simplifying the shipping process for its community. Sellers can book the service directly through their user account. If they don’t have a printer, the postal carrier will now bring a pre-printed shipping label at no extra cost, upon request. Sellers simply choose the pickup location and time – Swiss Post takes care of the rest. Ricardo app users can track their parcel until delivery using the tracking number. The pick@home service normally costs CHF 4.50; however, for sales via Ricardo, both the pickup service and printed label are provided free of charge. Shipping fees for the sold item remain unchanged.
